7. Flooding in Europe

In recent years, the central part of Europe has been regularly covered by rainwater flows. This year, in early June, the cities of Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria were under water. People moved around the streets by boat, and in Prague they had to evacuate the cloisters of the famous metropolitan zoo.

Even the old-timers do not remember such a rise in the water level in Amur. The lowlands of the city of Khabarovsk turned out to be under water, and in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, barriers were erected from sandbags, which helped to prevent the breaking of dams. About two thousand houses in different areas cannot be restored.

2. Storm “Saint Judah”, Europe

The storm hit in October 2013 on the coast of Great Britain, and then went to "wander" throughout Europe. Despite the fact that the death toll does not exceed 15 people, hundreds of thousands of houses were left without electricity, and dozens of families lost their homes.

1. Typhoon Haiyan, Philippines
